Summer 2003 sees the Youth Summer Mission Trip back to Appalachia working with the Appalachian Service Project (ASP). At our initial meeting, the youth present picked the dates they wanted to list on our application. We got our first choice of Sun. June 29 through Sat. July 5! Other parts of the application had us do some Bible study to answer application questions and some creative thinking. If you want to read some ASP poetry written by our gang, let me know! Once again, if you are interested in going with us next summer, you must fill out an application. Part of the application includes our expectations of you, including helping out with fundraisers (see fundraising section of website). The more you help out, the less the trip will cost you! If you will be 14 by next July, and are interested, please talk to Jeannie. We will meet in January to have a commitment meeting and would love to see all interested people there! All you Youth Missionaries, mark June 29 - July 5 on your calendars!
